I agree because they are going to feelmore comfortable with themselves and get along with others without having otherpeople judging them for who they are and not for what they bring to thetable. They will be  more motivated and are able to share  more ideas without worrying about what othersmight say.  General Motors measuresits efforts by promoting diversity helping it to achieve business and success by having both men and womenwork together in an environment where business will grow and prosper.
